§ Mr. John PattenThe use of the drug by non-practitioners is lawful only when prescribed by and used in accordance with the directions of a medical, dental or veterinary practitioner. It has not been found necessary to issue guidance additional to that contained in the product data sheets and in any literature supplied with the drug or to require central statistical returns.
