§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has received any information, in the context of the United Kingdom's role280W as a depository power for the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, concerning progress made in discussions between the respective Prime Ministers of North and South Korea on 11 December in particular in regard to the implementation of nuclear safeguards regimes in their respective countries, pursuant to each country's membership of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.
