§ The Attorney-GeneralNew arrangements for the allocation of business between the High Court and county courts are to be set out in an order made under section 1 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990. Consultation on the content of the order has only recently closed. A formal announcement on the date for implementation will be made once consideration has been given to the various responses.
