§ Mr. McLoughlinA copy of the National Consumer Council's report, "Have the buses caught up yet?" was sent to my Department in October. The responsibility for providing bus services and information about them is, under the Transport Act 1985, for bus operators and local authorities and I have suggested that the NCC should make their useful review readily available to those bodies.
