§ Mr. Kenneth BakerI have visited Her Majesty's prisons Gloucester and Wandsworth, and Her Majesty's prison and young offender institution Glen Parva. I shall be visiting a young offender institution later this week and have further visits to prison service establishments planned in the new year.
