§ Mr. BattleTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will show(a) the quantities of relief during 1989–90 that was accounted for by house owners who in that year did not either move or enter the tenure and (b) the quantum of relief provided to 1989–90 first-time purchasers during that year.
