§ Mr. Allan Stewart[holding answer 17 December 1990]: In Scotland we have received to date 110 responses to the consultation paper which was issued jointly with the Home Office, the Welsh Office and the Department of the Environment. Most of the responses which we received were supportive of our proposals and my right hon. Friend will wish to consider carefully with colleagues what further action on dogs might be appropriate.
