Mr. JacksonI have placed a contractual requirement on training and enterprise councils to ensure that they pay particular attention to provision for those with special needs in their local community. My Department has produced material for TECs to promote good practice in the training of people with special needs which will help this group to take advantage of appropriate employment opportunities.
