What proportion of British troops and equipment sent to the Gulf is covered by the recently signed CFE agreement, and what are the implications for that agreement of their removal from its area of operation.
§ The Earl of ArranAll British equipment deployed to the Gulf from within the area of application of the CFE Treaty will continue to be treated for the purposes of that treaty as if it remained within the area of application.
