To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many cook-chill production facilities were introduced into hospitals in each year since 1985.

To ask the Secretary of State for Health if his Department's guidelines on cook-chill catering have been supplied to the managers of every hospital and school cook-chill production unit.

Copies of the Department's "Guidelines on Cook-Chill and Cook-Freeze Catering Systems" were sent to every district health authority in England in July 1989. Copies are also available in the Library.
