§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleySince my right hon. and learned Friend the then Secretary of State met the presidents of the royal colleges and other leaders of the dental, medical, midwifery and nursing professions earlier this year, work on the clinical standards advisory group has been taken forward by officials. This work is continuing. We shall keep the need for any further meetings under review.
