§ Mr. Nicholas BennettAs a follow-up to Welsh Office circular 8/89; WHC89(14) on alcohol misuse, the Welsh Office wrote to interested organisations on 10 October 1990 inviting their views on how the £150,000 earmarked for 1990–91 might be utilised to best meet their needs. Responses received were fully taken into account in drawing up the guidance issued in WHC(90)78 and WHC(90)79.
