§ Mrs. ChalkerAs I informed the House on 2 April at column415, the Government have provided two grants 480W totalling £550,000 to assist Iraqi Kurds in Turkey and ethnic Turkish refugees from Bulgaria. The first grant of £250,000 was made in November 1988 and the second of £300,000 in July 1989. Both grants were provided through the Turkish Red Crescent Society. There have been no further developments.
