§ Mr. Douglas HoggSaddam Hussein announced on 6 December that all foreign nationals were allowed to leave Iraq. We are arranging for the vast majority to do so. There is therefore no need for families to visit Baghdad.

§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe British Red Cross is already packing parcels. They will be dispatched on 19 December if there is still a need for them.
