§ Mr. ChopeI have no plans to limit the number of red lights that may be fitted at the rear of cars or to introduce additional limits for intensity except that additional stop lamps fitted in rear windows on new cars sold after 1 April 1991 will be limited to half the intensity of standard stop lamps.
