§ Mr. CanavanTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Falkirk, West (Mr. Canavan) on 22 November,Official Report, column 205, he will name the three authorities which have submitted proposals to operate financial incentive schemes to encourage tenants to buy homes in the private sector and which are currently under consideration.
