§ Mr. David HuntI have announced my intentions for the future of the programme for the valleys today. They are set out in the documents "The Valleys: Partnership with the People". I have sent a copy to each right hon. and hon. Member whose constituency falls within the valleys programme area and have also placed copies in the Library of the House.
