§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThere have been a number of defence exchanges between the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union in the last two years, during which a wide range of matters have been discussed, including military doctrine. There was also a military doctrine seminar in Vienna from 16 January to 5 February this year, in which both British and Soviet representatives took part.
