§ Mr. Nicholas BennettHealth authorities are subject to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. This requires a considerable degree of openness in their affairs. Advice was recently issued to health authorities on this matter; this was contained in section 11 of Welsh health circular (90)57, copies of which I have placed in the Library of the House.
