§ Sir Wyn RobertsCardigan bypass is to be completed this month, ahead of schedule. Plans for other improvements to trunk roads are set out in "Roads in Wales: Progress and Plans for the 1990s". A supplement updating this information is to be published in the new year. Improvements to local roads are a matter for Dyfed county council.
