§ Mr. EggarThe estimated cost for 1990–91 of fees to people appointed by the Secretary of State to non-departmental public bodies is £775,000. In addition there are a number of appointments to other bodies which do not normally attract payment. Information about reimbursement is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
