§ Mr. Garel-JonesWe believe that the convention on the regulation of Antarctic mineral resource activities (CRAMRA) contains all necessary environmental safeguards, and that it offers the best way to resolve the minerals issue and protect the Antarctic environment. However, as we have always made clear, we are prepared to discuss all proposals.
