Mr. William Ross

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what sums from public funds were paid to(a) local authorities, (b) private firms and (c) private individuals to repair damage caused by floods in Wales in February; for what purposes such sums were paid; how much of these sums were paid by central Government and for what purposes they were used; and what sums were paid by councils and for what purposes they were used.
