§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list the finances available to his Department and/or allocated by his Department to combat alcohol misuse in each of the financial years 1987–88, 1988–89 and 1989–90, and indicate the amounts initially available in 1990–91, and any additional sums made available by his Department for this purpose since the start of the financial year.
