§ Mr. David HuntThe Welsh Development Agency gave formal approval to grant-aid the Upper Garw valley reclamation scheme on 31 March 1990. I understand that the agency is in discussion with Mid Glamorgan county council on the details of the contract and I hope a start date will be announced shortly.
