§ Mr. ScottI am pleased that Mrs. Rosalind Mackworth has agreed to continue to serve as social fund commissioner for a period of three years from 1 December 1990. I understand that Mrs. Mackworth has also agreed to act as commissioner for Northern Ireland for the same period.
