Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for Health if he, Ministers or officials of his Department, have been invited to attend, or present a paper at, the seminar on environmental radioactivity and leukaemia clusters, to be held at the Institute of Cryogenics at Southampton university on 1 June.
§ Mr. FreemanThe Department has received notice of this scientific seminar and an official will attend as an observer. In addition, I understand that papers will be presented by officers from the National Radiological Protection Board, and the public health laboratory service.
