§ Mr. EggarMy right hon. and learned Friend has approved the plan and placed copies in the Libraries of the 449W House. The plan sets out the ways in which the employment service intends to meet the targets he has set for it in the annual performance agreement which was published on 2 April. The plan also sets out how the business of the employment service is expected to develop over the next three years and shows how the employment service intends to improve the efficiency and quality of its services to the public.
