§ Mr. LuceThe introduction by the Chancellor of the gift aid incentive to charitable giving provides a most welcome opportunity for the arts to raise even more resources from individuals and the private sector. The Arts Council and the Museums and Galleries Commission intend to publicise the new arrangements.
