§ Mr. Peter WalkerI had the very great pleasure of accompanying the Minister—President of Baden-Wurttemberg, Herr Dr. Lothar Spath, and other members of his delegation, including senior business men, during their visit to Wales on 26–27 March. Together, Herr Dr. Spath and I signed a co-operation agreement between Wales and Baden-Wurttemberg which will pave the way for joint activity in a range of industrial, academic, technological and commercial fields.
