§ Mr. EggarThere are requirements to inform and consult trade unions under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981. These have been and will continue to be met in full. There have been extensive consultations with union representatives throughout the sale process and I have met them on two occasions.
