§ The Attorney-GeneralThree handwritten interview records were produced as exhibits during the trial of Paul Malone. Two remain in the possession of the crown court at Chester and the third, which was released to the discipline and complaints department of the West Yorkshire police on 25 August 1988, remains in the custody of the West Yorkshire metropolitan police.
