§ Mr. WaldegraveThe concluding document of the Bonn CSCE meeting on economic co-operation in Europe represents a valuable contribution towards stimulating market-oriented economic principles throughout Europe and to the general development of economic co-operation. The document contains an invitation to the OECD to consider hosting meetings of experts drawn from CSCE and OECD states to continue the dialogue in specific fields, including trade. This proposal was originally put forward by the United Kingdom.
