Dr. ThomasTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what plans he has to raise the issue of climate change and the global warming greenhouse effect at the meeting of the European Council of Agriculture Ministers on 25 to 26 April in Brussels.
§ Mr. MacleanThe Agriculture Council on 25–26 April will concentrate on the Commission's farm price proposals. I shall ensure that the issue of global warming is taken into account in the United Kingdom's position in so far as it relates to matters on the Council agenda.
