§ Mr. Alan HowarthResponsibility for first-aid arrangements in schools rests with local education authorities and other education powers. The results of a recent survey by St. John Ambulance are being studied by my Department in consultation with the Health and Safety Executive, and we shall consider the need for any possible additions to the existing guidance.
