§ Mr. TrippierYes. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment announced on 9 January at columns589–91 the basis on which the Government intend to establish a scheme of eco-labelling, and indicated that 255W an advisory group would be set up to help develop a suitable scheme. We expect to announce the membership of the group very shortly.
