§ Mr. Gareth WardellTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many Royal Air Force pilots have been disciplined for flying below the minimum height while involved in training exercises over Wales.
§ Mr. NeubertVery few complaints reveal irresponsible breaches of low flying regulations and, therefore, formal disciplinary action is infrequent. Since 1979, from when records are available, no Royal Air Force pilots have been formally disciplined for flying below the minimum height during training exercises over Wales.
