Mr. Gareth Wardell

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish in theOfficial Report the number of people in Wales who will (i) be eligible to pay the personal community charge, (ii) be eligible to pay the standard community charge, (iii) be eligible for the 80 per cent. rebate on the personal community charge, (iv) be eligible for the 20 per cent. rebate on the personal community charge and (v) be exempt from the personal community charge.
