§ Mr. NichollsMy Department contracts with Community Industry Limited to deliver the community industry scheme. It is up to the company to decide how resources are allocated on a regional basis. The scheme plays a valuable role in helping up to 7,000 disadvantaged young people a year aged 16 to 19 to obtain and retain employment.
