§ Mr. Eggar[holding answer 18 April 1990]: The prospectus which I have issued on training credits for young people invites training and enterprise councils, and local enterprise companies in Scotland, to bid to run local training credit pilots. There is to be a geographical spread of pilots throughout Great Britain. The actual range will depend on the bids received.
