§ Mrs. ChalkerYes, Sierra Leone has arrears to the International Monetary Fund amounting to $91 million at the end of March 1990. There is currently no economic programme agreed with the International Monetary Fund, but discussions with the fund and the World Bank are taking place.
The current British programme to Sierra Leone comprises technical co-operation and training; expenditure in 1989–90 amounted to some £1.6 million.
