§ Mr. Peter LloydStatistics are not collected about the use in disciplinary proceedings of specific items in the police discipline code. It is not therefore possible to say how many officers have been found guilty of racially discriminatory behaviour, or how they were punished. Such information could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
