To ask the Secretary of State for Energy if he will amend the Gas Act 1986 to reduce the 25,000 therm threshold for tariff control.

The Government's views on the 25,000 therm boundary is included in its response to the recommendations of the second report of the Energy Select Committee on industrial gas prices.
