§ Mr. NeubertIt is our policy as far as practicable to recover chlorofluorocarbons from ships and submarines in refit for recycling. In submarines, chlorofluorocarbons are already largely recovered for health and safety reasons. For surface ships, the policy will be introduced progressively.
