Mr. JacksonThe Department has received a very large number of letters about student loans at the same time as the Education (Student Loans) Bill has been before Parliament. I am sorry that replies to some hon. Members have been delayed. A concerted effort is in hand to ensure that replies are despatched to all hon. Members urgently.
