The information it would provide is that the dwellings were built in 1957 and that an improvement scheme is programmed to begin towards the end of the 1991–92 financial year covering kitchens, bathrooms, windows, rewiring, heating, flues, doors and insulation. Finance has not been allocated for 1990–91.
