§ Mrs. ChalkerI refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to the hon. Member for Monklands, West (Mr. Clarke) on 12 March. ODA is in close touch with the NGOs. They have recently submitted proposals for projects in the areas from which most of the boat people have come. These are receiving careful consideration.
