§ Mrs. RumboldMy right hon. Friend has reconsidered these proposals, as required by the High Court judgment given on 23 February, which set aside his earlier decisions on them. On 30 March he announced his decisions to approve the proposals for grant-maintained status published by the governors of Beechen Cliff school and to reject those for the reorganisation of secondary education in Bath published by Avon local education authority and the governors of St. Mark's Church of England aided school.
