§ Dr. MawhinneyMajor capital building projects are not carried out by the Department of Education. However, I am sending to the hon. Gentleman and copying to the Library details of major capital building projects carried out by various bodies which were approved for grant aid by the Department of Education in the financial years 1980–81 to 1989–90. Information on capital projects currently scheduled to start in the 1990–91 financial year is also included; projects starting in the next four years are not known at this stage.
