§ Mr. JannerTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list all the organisations and individuals that have made submissions to him since the publication and on the subject of "Crime, Justice and Protecting the Public", the Government's proposal for legislation.
§ Mr. John Patten[holding answer 30 March 1990]: We invited comments by 30 April and we have already had an encouraging response. As soon as possible after that date, I shall let the hon. and learned Gentleman know which organisations have commented.
